Welcome to The Redwood Alley Farm dahlia store. The 2024 season is underway, and we are prepared for another great year. We understand there are a number of new dahlia sites, but we would like to highlight how we are different.

1. Our goal is to ensure every aspect of our customer’s journey is flawless. This includes order fulfillment and shipping. We utilize an ecommerce shipping platform which has access to USPS Cubic Rate shipping. This method of shipping reduces shipping prices by up to 90% compared to standard USPS shipping prices and provides our customers with the best shipping price possible.

2. We will ABSOLUTELY combine shipping for multiple orders. If you come back and make additional purchases, we are able to combine all your orders into a single shipment. Please make sure to place your second (or third) order prior to April 1, 2024. Once we prepare your order for shipping you will receive a shipping refund on your other orders.

3. We strive to deliver only the highest quality dahlias, but we are human, and mishaps can occur. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, please contact so we can discuss your issue and a possible replacement or refund.

As a small family-run farm, we deeply appreciate your patience, kindness, and trust. In return, we are committed to making things right for you.

4. On our farm, we prioritize the health and integrity of our plant stock through diligent virus handling practices. All of our dahlia fields and stock are inspected by the State of Oregon Department of Agriculture.

We individually package and label every tuber we ship. Shipping schedules are planned and developed based upon your growing zone and current weather. Thank you for supporting our small family farm.
