HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
At The Redwood Alley Farm, we are truly grateful for your support and for trusting us with your dahlia garden. Our goal is for you to feel confident, cared for, and satisfied with your purchase.
What We Guarantee
Each tuber is carefully inspected before shipping and is expected to arrive in good condition with at least one visible eye.
Tubers are grown, labeled, and verified in the field to be true to their named variety.
If you receive a tuber that is damaged, nonviable, or incorrectly labeled, please contact us so we can make it right.
If There’s a Problem
We are human, and farming is never perfect — but accountability matters to us. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we will work with you toward a fair resolution.
Concerns regarding tuber condition should be reported promptly after delivery.
Concerns regarding mislabeled varieties must be reported by August 15 of the year the tuber was purchased.
Please email theredwoodalleyfarm@gmail.com and include clear photographic documentation of the issue.
Important Limitations
While we stand behind the quality and accuracy of the tubers we sell, we cannot guarantee outcomes that are beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to:
Weather extremes
Pests or disease introduced after planting
Improper storage, planting, or growing conditions
Neglect or lack of ongoing care
Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee performance beyond initial tuber viability and correct labeling.
Resolution Details
This guarantee applies to the purchase price of the tuber(s) only.
Shipping fees and any additional losses or damages related to crop failure are not covered.
