The petals of the Citron du Cap dahlia are a soft, light goldenrod color and kissed at the tips by a   subtle blush of pink.    The petals are fringed in a frizzled wild mass.   Standing tall on slender yet sturdy stems, these blooms reach an impressive size of 6 to 8 inches in diameter held aloft by plants that grow to about 5 feet in height.
